Position Overview:
We’re seeking a qualified, competitive and trustworthy Customer Support Executive Who is responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer inquiries and issues. They will communicate with customers through various channels and ensure customer satisfaction.Ultimately, He will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and
sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
2. Issue Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot customer problems, propose solutions, and escalate complex issues
as needed.
3. Product Knowledge: Understand the company’s products/services and provide accurate information to address
customer concerns.
4. Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving related issues.
5. Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations, build relationships, and enhance the overall
customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Previous customer service experience is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
 Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 Ability to use customer support tools and software.
 Detail-oriented and organized.
 Ability to work independently and in a team.
 Flexibility to work in shifts.
 Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
