Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and counsel candidates regarding job opportunities and career growth.
- Understand candidates profiles and match them with suitable openings.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Maintain requirement databases and candidates records.
- Assist in onboarding and recruitment – related activities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidates experience throughout the hiring process.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills can apply.
- Experienced candidates from HR, Recruitment, Counseling or customer service backgrounds are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge of requirement processes and MS Office is preferred.
